Michael Sedillo is one of Langford’s Physical Therapy Techs. He has served in the New Mexico Army National Guard as a medic for seven years. Michael has recently gone back to the University of New Mexico to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.
In his free time he enjoys running, playing basketball, and loves watching live music with his friends.

Hannah is a second year Exercise Science student at UNM. Her goal is to go to PT school after she graduates.
In her free time, she enjoys to swim, read, and spend time with her family. Hannah is a coach for a youth swim team and it is one of her favorite things to do.

Physical Therapy Technician
Amanda Herrera joined Langford Sports and Physical Therapy in 2024.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a minor in Environmental Science and plans to go back to school to get her masters in Global Environmental Sustainability and Conservation. Amanda is skilled in assisting with patient exercises, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for each individual. She enjoys getting to be a part of the clinic and learning how she can help others there whenever she can and also learn from the Physical Therapists themselves.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, walking and being outside. She also enjoys trying new places to eat, usually with a book in hand. She is also passionate about studying the world around her and learning how she can help make the world a better place starting with conservation practices for the nature around us.

Angela Sifuentes, Front Office Manager
Angela Sifuentes, Front Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator at Langford Sports & Physical Therapy in Albuquerque, NM.
Angela Sifuentes has worked as a patient care coordinator in two other physical therapy clinics prior to joining us at Langford Sports & Physical Therapy. She is currently studying medical Spanish in order to improve her ability to serve our Spanish-speaking clients, and she spends her weekends working at a homeless shelter in Albuquerque. During her free time, Angela spends her free time in the Jemez, hiking or fishing, and her favorite quote is by Dr. Seuss: "You have to be odd to be number one."
Nathalie Aragon

Nathalie Aragon, in addition to her work at Langford, is a volunteer with the PTA at St. Thomas Aquinas school and the North Valley Little League. She also heads our Langford recycling program (thank you!). Nathalie is proud of her son, and attends all of his sporting events, and she likes spending time with her "furry son", Fuego. Nathalie characterizes herself as a fire wifey and mama extraordinaire who is a lover, dreamer, and fun-hunter.

While relatively new to this specific role, Juana brings a wealth of experience from her extensive background in customer service and management.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, Juana ensures each patient has a positive experience from scheduling their first evaluation through to their final visit. She’s dedicated to promptly answering any questions and believes that well-informed staff contribute to the satisfaction and confidence of every patient.
Juana is one of the first team members patients interact with, and she takes pride in being a courteous, empathetic, and attentive listener. Her focus on understanding each patient’s unique needs helps ensure they feel valued and reassured that they’re in the best hands for their care.
Juana loves the collaborative atmosphere and strong leadership within the team. She believes these two qualities are key to success in any field and appreciates that they are an integral part of Langford's culture.

Devin is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about helping others feel comfortable and supported in their healthcare journey. In her role, Devin manages patient schedules and care plans, ensuring every visit is smooth and leaves patients feeling great about their experience. She loves making a positive impact by helping patients access the care they need to lead happy, healthy lives.
Devin’s approach to patient care is rooted in kindness, believing that a warm and compassionate attitude can make a significant difference, especially in a healthcare setting. She values being part of a team that genuinely loves what they do, and she enjoys contributing to a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Lea Craver, PT, DPT
Lea Craver, PT, DPT is a the owner of Langford Sports & PT. She is an experienced spine and orthopedic physical therapist and president of Langford Sports & Physical Therapy in Albuquerque, NM.
Dr. Craver is the owner and President at Langford Sports and Physical Therapy and has been with the company since 2004 after she received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of New Mexico. Lea received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Evidence in Motion in 2014. She has taken many orthopedic continuing education courses and continually works on honing in her manual therapy skills.
Lea values providing a positive experience for her patients and believes that movement is an essential part of life. She works towards empowering her patients to do more for themselves by teaching them strategies to move with purpose. She has experience working with all age groups with orthopedic injuries and has a special interest in working with active adults who want to just keep moving and enjoy life.
She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and an Orthopedic Section Member. She is a certified Functional Dry Needling Practitioner.
Lea and her husband Mark have three boys, Chase, Brennan and Travis, who spend many hours supporting their basketball, baseball and break dancing activities. In her spare time, she likes to visit family and friends in Hawaii, practice Pilates and be outdoors.

Jimmy Minner, PT, DPT, SCS
Jimmy Minner, PT, DPT, SCS is our clinic manager, and one of our two Sport-Certified Specialists. Jimmy earned his sports specialty after he completed a challenging 13 month sports residency program in SC, which was geared towards traditional sports.
Dr. Minner is the Clinic Manager at Langford. He received his Doctorate of PT from UNM in 2010. After 2 years with Langford, Jimmy spent 13 months in South Carolina with Proaxis Therapy studying to become a Sports Specialist. Jimmy became the first graduate from UNM to participate in an APTA credentialed sports residency and became a board certified Sports Clinical Specialist in 2013. Jimmy also became certified in March 2014 for Functional Dry Needling through Kinetacore.
Jimmy has a special interest in treating overhead and traditional sport athletes. Jimmy was a javelin thrower at UNM from 2000-2004 and currently is an avid sand volleyball player and mountain biker.
Jimmy highly values his family and enjoys spending time with his wife (Alanna) and two daughters (Aubrianna and Alayah).
Kara Rechard, PT, DPT
Kara Rechard, PT, DPT is one of our two amazing women's health physical therapists at Langford Sports & Physical Therapy. She is also an avid rock climber, scuba diver, and mountain biker, with experience in bike fits and climbing injuries.
Dr. Rechard graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2015 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is certified in pelvic health physical therapy and is Langford’s senior pelvic health therapist. Kara is certified to perform bike fits, and offers these services at Langford to the cycling community.
Kara loves being involved in the community and serves on the Health and Equity Committee of the First Presbyterian Church as well as volunteering at the Albuquerque Opportunities Center.
She is a member of APTA and NMAPTA.
For fun, Kara enjoys mountain biking and rock climbing.

Julie Holt, ATC, LAT, MHS
Julie Holt, ATC is our certified athletic trainer at Langford Sports & Physical Therapy and is the Operations Manager for MoveTru at Langford. Julie provides a variety of services which include injury screenings, preventative care, rehabilitation, return to sport and is certified in professional bike fitting. Julie loves working with athletes of all levels and is able to educate and guide an athlete through any of their sport needs.
Julie completed her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at the University of New Mexico in 2016, and she earned her Masters in Health Science with an emphasis in athletic training at the University of St. Augustine in 2018. Julie is the Operations Manager at MoveTru at Langford, our MovNat training facility.
She is a member of the National Athletic Training Association. Julie is also MovNat certified trainer for MoveTru at Langford, where she teaches MovNat (natural movement fitness) classes. Julie is certified to perform bike fits, and offers these to the cycling community.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and running. She has also successfully completed two 70.3 IronMan competitions with her husband Shalen Holt!
Julie worked for the Albuquerque Sol (USL Level 1) from 2017 through 2019. She enjoys working with a variety of athletes of all different skills and ages.
Lisa Peterkin, PT, DPT, OCS
Lisa Peterkin, PT, DPT, OCS, is devoted physical therapist at Langford Sports & Physical Therapy who has completed UNM’s Orthopedic Residency Program. Lisa was a collegiate track and cross country runner, and has experience in working with athletes of all levels.
Dr. Lisa Peterkin, PT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of New Mexico in 2019, and completed the Orthopedic Residency with the first such cohort at the University of New Mexico. Lisa has participated in many sports throughout her life, both competitively and recreationally, and enjoys working with people of all activity levels.
Lisa is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), including the New Mexico chapter and Orthopedic section. She is a devoted therapist who is passionate about gaining new knowledge, educating her patients, and striving for her patients feel taken care of.
Lisa enjoys spending her time outdoors, traveling (pre-pandemic), going to craft breweries, and cuddling with her fur children, Willow and Guinness.
Lauren Baier, PT, DPT, GCS
Lauren Baier, PT, DPT, GCS is a caring, talented physical therapist at Langford Sports & Physical Therapy. She speaks Spanish and emphasizes vestibular (balance) rehabilitation. Dr. Baier works with all ages and populations to help patients return to their enjoyed activities.
Dr. Lauren Baier received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Luis in 2015. She has worked as a physical therapist in Missouri and New Mexico since then.
Lauren is a member of our state and national professional organizations, the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She enjoys using the movement system impairment approach to PT to identify and fix faulty movements so that patients can get back to their enjoyed activities with less pain. Lauren has a special interest in vestibular rehab and is Langford’s go-to vestibular therapist, and she speaks Spanish.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys triathlons, swimming, biking, running, hiking, and cooking. She spends time volunteering in Guatemala, and spends her free time with her dog Roscoe P. Jenkins (the border collie/Australian shepherd mix).

Johnathan Candelaria, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Dr. Johnathan Candelaria, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT graduated in 2019 from the University of New Mexico with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After graduation, He pursued a year-long orthopedic residency with Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania. Johnathan passed his orthopedic specialist certification (OCS) in June 2021 and then pursued a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy through Regis University. He completed his fellowship in April 2024, becoming a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT).

Caitlyn Martinez, PT, DPT, OCS
Caitlyn Martinez, PT, DPT, OCS is an engaging and passionate physical therapist with special interest in sports and orthopedic injuries. Caitlyn was a competitive collegiate volleyball athlete and enjoys working with all athletic levels. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and fly-fishing.
Dr. Caitlyn Martinez received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, CO in 2021.
Caitlyn is a member of our state and national professional organizations, the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She enjoys creating functional movement patterns to better apply these movements in everyday life. As an ex-collegiate volleyball athlete, Caitlyn takes a special interest in acute and chronic sports and orthopedic injuries, especially the knee and shoulder.
In her spare time, Caitlyn enjoys working out, hiking, backpacking, fly fishing and exploring remote parts of New Mexico and Colorado.

Morgan Kerschen, PT, DPT
Morgan Kerschen, PT, DPT, is one of our two pelvic health physical therapists at Langford Sports and Physical Therapy. She enjoys working with individuals of all abilities. She is also a certified cycling instructor and loves to be active and outdoors with both her dog and husband.
Dr. Morgan Kershen, PT, DPT, graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2021. She is one of Langford’s two physical therapists who treat patients with pelvic health concerns. Morgan works with women pre- and post-partum, and sees a wide variety of individuals with orthopedic pain, pelvic pain, trouble with incontinence and more.
Morgan enjoys working with individuals of all abilities and backgrounds. She is also a certified cycling instructor who teaches group cycling classes. She loves to bake, and decorates sugar cookies for all sorts of occasions. In her free time, Morgan loves to be active by playing soccer, kickboxing and running as well as being outdoors with both her dog and husband.

Gaelen Dunn, PT, DPT, OCS
Gaelen Dunn, PT, DPT, OCS is a compassionate and driven physical therapist with special interest in treating orthopedic and sports injuries across the lifespan. As a former collegiate athlete she strives to help patients find their inner athlete in a way that fits their lifestyle. She loves to find ways to keep her patients active throughout the recovery process and beyond.
Dr. Gaelen Dunn received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in April 2020.
Gaelen is a member of our state and national professional organizations, the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). As a former collegiate softball and basketball athlete, she takes a special interest in treating acute and chronic injuries affecting overhead athletes, the knee and ankle joints, and the lumbar spine. Her goals are to provide the highest quality care, focus on building relationships and making long term changes, and bridge the gap between rehab and performance.
In her spare time, Gaelen enjoys spending quality time outdoors to explore New Mexico with her husband, watching Packer football games, and blasting sing-alongs in the car.
