Mary Cole serves as a Front Office Patient Care Coordinator, bringing a lifetime of experience in the medical field that began when she was just 15 years old. Over the years, she has balanced her professional journey with raising her three children, returning to healthcare with the same dedication to serving patients and supporting clinical teams.

In her role at Langford Sports & Physical Therapy, Mary works at the front desk assisting patients with their needs and ensuring each visit runs smoothly. She especially enjoys the face-to-face interaction with patients and values building meaningful relationships with the people she meets each day.

Mary’s approach to patient care is centered on creating an exceptional experience from start to finish. She believes patients feel uplifted when they know they are genuinely cared for throughout their entire visit, and she strives to provide that sense of comfort and support.

One of the things Mary looks forward to most is forming strong connections with her coworkers. She believes that when an office works together as a team, patients receive the greatest benefit and the overall environment becomes more positive and welcoming.

With many years of experience working alongside both patients and colleagues, Mary brings a collaborative spirit to her position. She is always willing to step in, lend a hand, and support the team wherever needed.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys gardening and reading. She loves preparing her planter boxes and is already looking forward to the spring growing season.

Fun Fact:
When Mary was 12 years old, her father took the family on a four-month cross-country RV trip, visiting national parks and historic sites all across the United States—an adventure she still remembers fondly today.
