Nathalie Aragon, North Valley Office Manager and Lead Patient Care Coordinator

At the North Valley Clinic, Nathalie oversees all front office operations, including scheduling, insurance verification, and leading the Patient Care Coordinator team to deliver exceptional service. She finds the most joy in connecting with patients and ensuring they feel welcome and supported from start to finish.

Nathalie approaches her work with kindness, empathy, and integrity, believing that truly listening to patients is key to providing great care. She’s proud to be part of a collaborative, positive team that shares her commitment to helping every patient feel valued and cared for.

Outside of work, Nathalie enjoys spending time with her husband and son, especially cheering him on at football and baseball games. A huge baseball fan herself, she’s visited nine MLB stadiums and hopes to see them all someday. Go Dodgers!
