Hannah O’Connell is a Patient Care Coordinator at Langford Sports & Physical Therapy. Although this is her first role in a PCC position, Hannah is no stranger to the Langford team—she previously worked as a Physical Therapy Tech for about a year before transitioning into her current role.

As a PCC, Hannah supports patients throughout their entire care journey—from their first phone call to schedule an appointment to their final visit. She enjoys helping patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable every step of the way. With a warm, empathetic approach, Hannah prioritizes creating a welcoming experience for every individual who walks through the door.

Hannah’s favorite part of working at Langford is the incredible team she gets to work alongside—including the PCCs, PTs, and techs—as well as the daily opportunities to engage with the community and contribute to patients' health and healing in a meaningful way.

She brings a strong ability to learn quickly and connect with people, always striving to understand each patient’s unique perspective and find new ways to enhance their experience.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and exploring the outdoors. She is currently in her second year at the University of New Mexico and plans to attend physical therapy school after completing her undergraduate degree.

Fun Fact: Hannah is working toward becoming a physical therapist herself and is passionate about continuing her journey in the rehab and wellness field.
