Ryan Martinez, PT, DPT graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2023. He is a kindhearted and enthusiastic physical therapist with a special interest in utilizing his orthopedic, manual, and vestibular skill set to help his patients maximize their quality of life. He enjoys working closely with his patients to develop individualized treatment plans to best serve his patients goals.

Cody Pisz, PT, DPT is a motivated and enthusiastic physical therapist who recently graduated from UNM and is currently enrolled in the UNM Orthopedic Residency program.

Andrea Smith, PT, MPT, is a physical therapist who enjoys working with all ages and activity levels and with her experience as a pelvic health physical therapist can also address pelvic pain and incontinence issues. 

Stephanie Baca, PT, DPT, TPS, is a physical therapist who brings over 15 years of experience in physical therapy, specializing in lower extremity biomechanics and pain management with a strong foundation in neuroscience.

Cy Glaser PT, DPT is passionate about helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life through evidence-based physical therapy techniques. He specializes in TMJ treatment, postural education, cervical treatment, and foot/ankle rehab.  Cy has worked with adventure athletes and weekend warriors to get them back on the trails as quickly and safely as possible.

Stephen Cole, PT, DPT, earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University and specializes in orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehab, joint replacement recovery, and manual therapy. With nearly three years of experience, he takes a patient-centered approach, creating individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and achieve their goals.

Shelley Menk, PT, DPT has over 13 years of experience in physical therapy, with a specialty in pelvic health. She takes a patient-centered approach, creating individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life. Outside the clinic, Shelley enjoys hiking, biking, and swimming with her kids.

William “Will” Bullard, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with over 6 years of experience, specializing in running rehabilitation, sports injuries, and post-surgical care. Certified in dry needling and running rehab, he takes a patient-centered approach to help individuals improve mobility, manage pain, and reach their goals. Outside the clinic, Will enjoys trail running, backpacking, and competing in marathons and ultramarathons.

Kerstin brings over 5 years of experience in physical therapy, with a strong passion for helping patients restore mobility and improve their quality of life. Certified in dry needling and specializing in orthopedic injuries and post-surgical care, she has worked with patients and athletes of all ages and levels. Kerstin takes a patient-centered approach, creating individualized treatment plans that address both symptoms and root causes to support lasting progress.
