Elizabeth Banks brings over 35 years of experience in business administration and customer service to her role as Patient Care Coordinator. Her primary focus is ensuring that every patient has a positive experience and feels confident they are cared for by the entire staff. Elizabeth takes great joy in interacting with patients and being part of the team that helps them maintain their quality of life.

Elizabeth’s approach to patient care emphasizes understanding the individuality of each patient, being present in every interaction, and genuinely caring for their well-being. Known for her exceptional communication and organizational skills, she is dedicated to resolving any issues that arise with diligence and authenticity. Her motto is “what you see is what you get,” reflecting her lifelong passion for helping others.

Recently relocated to New Mexico with her husband of 35 years, Elizabeth is excited to explore the state’s rich culture and attractions. She enjoys music, hiking, biking, visiting museums, and spending time with animals. Elizabeth is also passionate about volunteering to help feed and clothe the homeless and supporting veterans’ organizations.

A proud Navy veteran’s wife and mother to an Army veteran, Elizabeth cherishes her family’s unique story. Her oldest son was born in Japan, her middle son was born in the same hospital in Norfolk, VA, where she was born, and her daughter was born in the same hospital in Brownwood, TX, as her father. She considers life with her Navy husband an ongoing adventure of a lifetime.

Elizabeth is known for her passion and tenacity, a combination she describes with the phrase: “Don’t ever mistake my calmness for acceptance or my kindness for weakness.”
