Dalan Abreu, PT, DPT
/Dr. Dalan Abreu received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of New Mexico in 2022. He spent his clinical rotations in Colorado Springs, Taos, and Albuquerque in orthopedic, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Dalan is passionate about physical activity and has spent his entire life playing organized and recreational sports as well as exploring the outdoors.
Dalan is a member of the state and national American Physical Therapy Association. His main focus is on orthopedic and manual rehabilitation and has a special interest in developing his skills in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation as well. Since graduating, he has taken the initiative to become certified in functional dry needling and in the clinical application of natural movement (MoveNat).
As a physical therapist, Dalan believes it is essential to treat every patient that walks through the doors as he would family; with empathy, an open ear, and a helping hand.
Dalan enjoys spending time with his dog, Sunny and his partner Cecille (who is also a PT), fly fishing, reading, camping/hiking, playing recreational basketball, flag football, and softball, riding his bike, rock climbing, attempting to golf on occasion, and playing video games and DnD with his friends.
