Saydith Esparza, Patient Care Coordinator
Patient Care Coordinator
Saydith is the friendly face that greets patients when they walk through the door at Langford Physical Therapy. As a Patient Care Coordinator, she handles appointment scheduling, confirmations, check-ins, and front desk communication. What she enjoys most is getting to know patients, having meaningful conversations, and helping them feel welcomed and comfortable during each visit.
Saydith takes pride in providing a warm and personal experience. She believes even the smallest gesture—like a cheerful greeting or asking about someone’s day—can brighten a patient’s visit. Whether she’s checking them in or chatting while they wait, she aims to be a familiar and friendly presence that helps patients feel at ease.
Being part of a supportive and encouraging team is Saydith’s favorite part of working at Langford. As her first job, she feels lucky to have joined a workplace where she’s constantly learning and where her coworkers are always willing to help. The positive environment makes coming to work each day something she truly looks forward to.
Saydith brings a naturally outgoing personality, strong people skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others. Her ability to create a welcoming atmosphere makes her a valuable part of the front office team.
When she’s not working, Saydith enjoys playing volleyball, coloring, watching her favorite shows, and spending time with friends and family. She comes from a close-knit family—her dad is a firefighter and her mom also works at Langford—which inspires her love of connection and community. She also enjoys travel, sleepovers with her best friend, and discovering new places.
