Thomas Mayfield, PT, DPT
With over 5 years of experience, Thomas Mayfield is passionate about helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life through evidence-based physical therapy techniques. He specialize(s) in exercise prescription, manual therapy and functional dry needling, and has worked with athletes, post-operative patients, geriatrics and individuals with neurologic conditions.
Thomas Mayfield takes a patient-centered approach, developing individualized treatment plans that address both the symptoms and the root cause of each issue. Whether it's improving strength, flexibility, or pain management, [he/she/they] are dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
Outside of the clinic, Thomas enjoys playing beach volleyball, traveling, snowboarding and exercising.
Thomas listens to almost exclusively Spanish language music to help improve learning Spanish.
