Shelley Menk, PT, DPT has over 13 years of experience in physical therapy, with a specialty in pelvic health. She takes a patient-centered approach, creating individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life. Outside the clinic, Shelley enjoys hiking, biking, and swimming with her kids.
With over 13 years of experience in the physical therapy field, Shelley has worked across diverse settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, veterans care, aquatic therapy, and pediatrics. She is passionate about helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through evidence-based techniques. Shelley specializes in pelvic health and has extensive experience working with athletes, post-operative patients, aging adults, pediatrics, and both women and men.
Shelley believes in a patient-centered approach, tailoring individualized treatment plans that focus on both the symptoms and underlying causes of each condition. Whether addressing strength, flexibility, or pain management, she is committed to guiding her patients toward their goals in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Outside the clinic, Shelley enjoys hiking, biking, and swimming with her kids. She is also active in pelvic health advocacy and education.
