At the North Valley Clinic, Nathalie oversees all front office operations, including scheduling, insurance verification, and leading the Patient Care Coordinator team to deliver exceptional service. She finds the most joy in connecting with patients and ensuring they feel welcome and supported from start to finish.

Outside of work, Nathalie enjoys spending time with her husband and son, especially cheering him on at football and baseball games.

Nathalie is a huge baseball fan and has visited nine MLB stadiums so far. Her goal is to visit them all someday. Go Dodgers!
