What is your role at Langford Sports & Physical Therapy and what do you enjoy most about it?
As a Patient Care Coordinator, my role is to help create a welcoming and positive experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door. I assist with scheduling, communication, and front office support to help keep daily operations running smoothly. What I enjoy most is being able to connect with patients and help make their experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.What is your approach to patient care and service?I believe patient care starts with kindness, communication, and empathy. I strive to make every patient feel heard, supported, and valued while providing efficient and professional service. Creating a positive environment and building trust with patients is very important to me.
What’s your favorite part of working at Langford Sports & Physical Therapy?
My favorite part is being part of a supportive team that truly cares about both the patients and each other. I also enjoy the positive atmosphere and the opportunity to learn and grow within the healthcare field.What unique skills or strengths do you bring to your position?I bring strong communication skills, organization, adaptability, and a friendly personality to my role. My background in customer service has helped me stay calm under pressure, multitask efficiently, and create positive experiences for patients and coworkers alike.What do you like to do when you’re not working?Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cats, watching shows and movies, exploring coffee shops, and expressing creativity through beauty and fashion.
Fun Fact:
I studied cosmetology and gained several years of salon experience, where I developed a passion for vivid and fashion hair colors before transitioning into healthcare administration.
