Professional Background

Lea Craver, PT, DPT is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Langford Sports & Physical Therapy, an outpatient physical therapy practice serving the Albuquerque community. She is also the owner of MoveTru at Langford, a movement training space offering natural movement classes, return to sport training, and injury prevention services.

As a physical therapist and private practice advocate, Lea is passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Over the years, she has helped grow Langford Sports & Physical Therapy into a trusted provider of care in Albuquerque. While her career began in direct patient care, her role has evolved into leading the organization’s vision, strengthening systems, and supporting a strong clinical team.

Lea is also passionate about supporting private practice physical therapy and small businesses, believing locally led organizations often provide more personalized care and stronger connections within the communities they serve.

As CEO, Lea guides the vision and strategic direction of Langford Sports & Physical Therapy. She works closely with the leadership team to support clinic leaders and ensure patients receive high quality, individualized care.

Langford Sports & Physical Therapy is also a member of the Desert States Physical Therapy Network, where Lea serves on the Board of Directors. Through collaboration with other private practice leaders, she helps strengthen independent practices and improve patient access to physical therapy across the region.

Fun Fact / Outside the Clinic

Outside of the clinic, Lea enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, Chase, Brennan, and Travis, often cheering them on at their school and athletic activities. She also enjoys traveling, practicing Pilates, walking and hiking in New Mexico’s beautiful high desert, and visiting family in Hawaii.
