With over 7 years of experience, Michelle is passionate about helping patients regain their functional mobility and improve their quality of life. She implements evidence-based physical therapy techniques and utilizes manual therapy, dry needling, and specific therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient’s needs and skill level or sport. She has worked with active individuals of all abilities and levels, including runners, yogis, dancers, overhead athletes, and youth athletes. She is experienced in treating lumbopelvic issues, TMJ dysfunction, hypermobility disorders, post-operative cases, and motivated older adults.

Michelle takes a patient-centered approach, developing individualized treatment plans that address both the symptoms and the root cause of each issue. Whether improving range of motion, strength, or symptoms, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals in a supportive and motivating environment. She strives to empower her patients through knowledge, acquired skills, and goal setting.
