As a new graduate entering the field, Adan is passionate about helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life through evidence-based physical therapy techniques. He specializes in orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and has worked with athletes, post-operative patients, and older active individuals.

Adan takes a patient-centered approach, developing individualized treatment plans that address both the symptoms and the root cause of each issue. Whether it’s improving strength, flexibility, or pain management, he is dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
Personal Interests:
Outside of the clinic, Adan enjoys competing in heavy athletics including Scottish Highland Games, Powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. He also enjoys camping, hunting and bike riding with his family.

Adan is currently training for his first marathon!
