Professional Experience:

With over 6 years of experience, Lisa is passionate about helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life through evidence-based physical therapy techniques. She specializes in orthopedic conditions, return to sport, and return to running, and has extensive experience with a variety of athletes and active individuals, including swimmers, runners, dancers and fitness athletes, post-operative care, and acute injuries. She is level 1 dry needle certified.

Lisa takes a patient-centered approach, developing individualized treatment plans that address both the symptoms and the root causes. Her approach involves addressing strength deficits, improving functional mobility, and providing patient education. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals while providing education and motivation throughout the episode of care.

Outside of the clinic, Lisa enjoys staying active with skiing, hiking, running and weightlifting. She also enjoys baking and traveling with her family.
