Jimmy Minner is the Director of Production at Langford Sports & Physical Therapy. He has a background in sports and orthopedic physical therapy and has spent his entire career working in outpatient clinics. Over time, he developed a strong interest in clinic operations, productivity systems, and helping teams run more efficiently so clinicians can focus on providing the best possible care for patients.

In his role, Jimmy works with clinic teams to help keep daily operations running smoothly across Langford’s locations. This includes supporting staff, improving scheduling and productivity systems, developing operational processes, and helping maintain a strong team culture. He works closely with therapists, support staff, and leadership to make sure clinics are running efficiently while still prioritizing a great employee and patient experience.

Jimmy believes strong clinics come from strong teams, clear expectations, and a focus on patient outcomes. He enjoys building systems that help staff succeed, encouraging collaboration, and using data to identify ways the clinics can continue improving. His goal is to support the team so they can do their best work and help patients get back to the activities they enjoy.

Fun Fact / Outside the Clinic:
Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his wife, Alanna, and their daughters, Aubrianna and Alayah. He stays active through strength training, mountain biking, and playing competitive doubles sand volleyball.
