What is your role at Langford Physical Therapy and what do you enjoy most about it?
I will be taking calls, scheduling patients, and collecting copayments. I enjoy speaking with patients and helping out our team.
What is your approach to patient care and service?
I love speaking with patients so I can best help them with scheduling and ensure neither their time nor ours is wasted. I was told many years ago to always think of the patient you are working with as family.
What’s your favorite part of working at Langford Sports and Physical Therapy?
Everyone has been so nice to me and always happy; I love this environment.
What unique skills or strengths do you bring to your position?
I think I am easy to get along with and have good communication skills, I also like organization. With my years of experience, I know I can help keep the office working smoothly and efficiently.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I love to quilt, read, and watch wrestling, but I mostly spend time with family, I spend as much time with them as I can. We are also a military family, so we spend a lot of time in Angel Fire where my dad and several friends are buried.
Fun Fact:
I am very quiet to start off but once i am comfortable I can be very funny. I will speak about my grandson often, and about my son and his wife who both wrestled and now practice Jiu-Jitsu.
